Cake care
1. Before collection, make sure there is space in your fridge for your cake.
2. Ensure your air con is turned on before collecting & during transportation
3. Place your cake in the footwell or boot. This is the safest place as its flat. I don't advise to transport the cake on your lap or car seat.
4. Please drive safely. Avoid bumps in the road and any sudden stops or turns.
5. Make sure the cake goes into the fridge (especially in the heat or collecting the day before), keep away from direct sunlight. The cake can be taken out when needed for display.
6. If you have any leftovers, it's best to keep them stored in an airtight container or wrapped in cling film to retain freshness. Cupcakes can be kept at room temperature or stored in the fridge on hotter days.

When cutting your cake please note taller cakes may contain a dowel in the middle.
