We warranty on collection the cake should conform to their description, be of satisfactory quality & comply with all food safety, statutory and regulatory requirements in the UK. We cannot be held responsible for customer’s disappointment of the design or interpretation of the cake as long as it is made in line with the customers pre agreed requirements set out in the order confirmation. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details within the order confirmation are correct and meet their exact requirements. Every order is custom and handmade, decorations are subject to our artistic interpretation. You may provide photos for inspiration but we will not duplicate another artist's work.
All cakes are made to order therefore cannot be exchanged or returned. In the extremely rare event that there is a fault with your order, please ensure you return the cake to us the moment you notice this. We will conduct a quality check and consider a full or partial refund, only where a fault has been detected.
Our cakes are made in an environment where nuts, eggs, milk, gluten & other allergens are present. We cannot guarantee that any cake is entirely nut free although we make every effort to ensure allergies are accommodated.
The price of the cake will be set out in the order confirmation. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. All orders under £60 require a full payment upfront. The remaining balance should be cleared at least 24 hours before collection day. All payments can be made via bank transfer. Please note all booking fees are non refundable. The deposit may be transferable to another date with 7 days notice. Any bookings made under two weeks will incur a £10 late fee. Once the cake has left the premises we are no longer responsible for any damage which may occur.
